Clothes are the basic necessities for men. this is not a necessity in pets and animals because they adapt themselves in a better way than men according to the environment. But still they are required if you want that your pet must look different from others. Clothing for a pet is more cumbersome than shopping for your own clothes. There are a number of clothes style available in the market for your pets such as apparels, Raincoat, Sweaters etc. you go to a pet clothes shoping centre they very first ask you about the size of your pet as thye weight, size and length of the pet difers from one breed to another. So the owner has to measure the size of his pet before going for shopping of clothes.

Size determining guidelines.

Make sure that your pet is in standing position and it must be straight. Now measure from the pet neckbase to the starting point of the tail which is not the tip of the tail. It is that part of the tail which is joined to the pets body. Now you can purchase clothes of that measurement for your pet. It is suggested that If the measurement is an odd number for a male pet for a particular breed then the clothes for the female pet of the same breed is the very next even number and vice versa. It requires some training for the pets to put on the clothes because by nature they are not fond of clothes. First put the clothes for a very short duration and after some time or days you can extend the duration according to your pets response.

Shopping of Boots:

In humans boot provides safety to the foot and also enhances the personality. But the pet lovers knows a very little about the boots for pets. Boots generally protect your pet paws from the rough ground and thus avoid injury. Now a days of boot styles are available in the market for pets. Following are the measures which should be kept in mind while purchasing pets boot.

• Look for the boots that are soft but strong . That type of boot will provide complete safety and comfort to your pet.
• Purchase water resistant boots for rainy season.
• Buy only those shoes which are washable. so that they can be cleaned when required to maintain the hygiene of your pet.

Determining the paw size.

Allow your pet to stand on a paper. Now draw a line on the paper from the front of the paw to the rear. Now measure the two ends of the line to determine the boot size of your pet.

Cat is an obligate carnivorous animal. It means that they prefer flesh. Unlike dogs cat do not eat vegetables and food stuffs. The main advantage of purchasing a cat food is that the owner need not to bother about the diet of their cat. They just need to go to the market, buy some packed food products. These products completes all the nutrient necessities of cats.

Before buying any food item for cats keep in mind the following points.

• Cat loves meat. so buy a food that contains meat as its major constituent.
• Purchase only those food items that contains low carbohydrates because researches shows that high carbohydrate food is bad for the health of cat.
• Avoid those food items that contains by products as their ingredients.
• Do not purchase starch food for cats because it will make your cat fatty.
• Avoid Soy and corn food products as they acts as a carrier for various types of allergies in cats.
• Avoid only those food items that can fulfill the nutrient needs of a cat.
• Only buy balance and complete food for your cat. A balance and complete is one that is tested on cats and provides them all the nutrients required.

There are two types of cats food available in the market. These are:

Dry food : Dry foods are those which are poly packed and do not need further cooking. You can give it to your cat in the same form they are purchased. The cat owners generally purchase these types of food stuffs as they think it convenient as it do not require any efforts to prepare the food

Canned food: canned food are those foods which are also packed but requires further efforts to alter them in a form which can be eat by cats.

If you want to give your cat a dry food diet you need to cut down the diet of your cat to half.as these foods are carbohydrate rich which is not suitable for cat. While canned foods are generally low in carbohydrates which suits to your cat the most. But attention must be paid in buying a canned food product for your cat because all canned food products available in the market are not low in carbohydrate ingredient.

Besides this you can also buy some raw food materials according to your cat taste from the market and can give it to your cat.
